Terms & Conditions
- 1. The fees is non refundable & non adjustable against any other services in part or in whole.
- 2. ID proof xerox & 2 passport size photo compulsory.
- 3. Students are required to attend on the first day of their course at the time stated on their confirmation letter. Failure to attend the first day of your course will preclude your from attending any further part of that course or module, and you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid or offered an alternative start date or course.
- 4.No Certificate will be issued to students who have not completed at least 99% of the course they are enrolled into or if they have not fully paid for the course after completion.
- 5.All Credit Cards will incur a surcharge of 1.55% to 2% per transaction.
- 6.The balance amount is payable on or before the start date of the course.
- 7.If you do not attend the first day of your course without any prior notice provided, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Deferrals will not be accepted under this circumstance.
- 8.If any student behaves improperly on PK INSTITUTE premises, including any form of cheating during an assessment/exam, damages, or removal of any equipment belonging to the Academy, the Student will be asked to leave immediately.
- 9.Fees are not refundable if the course is interrupted or cancelled through an act of God or terrorist act.
- 10.Video/Audio recording/reselling/redistribution of classes and written material is strictly prohibited.
- 11.If you attending level 2 class then you have to submit your basic makeup course certificate.
- 12.Level 2 course doesn't include any kind of theory or basic makeup knowledge, during session there should be no question regarding level1.
- 13.Only topics given in the level2 brochure will be cleared.
- 14.Additional 18% GST in all courses.
